Angelo Mishriki specializes in intellectual property litigation and he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of intellectual property disputes including trademark infringement, anti-counterfeiting litigation, copyright infringement, trade dress infringement, as well as trade secret matters. His experience offers a unique combination of intellectual property experience as well as corporate law experience. Angelo’s focus is creative problem-solving, whether in transactions, negotiations, or the middle of a trial.
Prior to joining Nexio, Angelo gained valuable transactional experience in a corporate law firm as well as additional trial experience in a personal injury firm. Angelo attended Loyola Law School, where he developed and honed his trial skills as a member of an international law moot court team, as well as with the Hobbs trial advocacy program. He also garnered real courtroom experience and has prepared misdemeanor trials, conducted preliminary hearings, drafted and argued evidentiary motions, and prepared grand jury proceedings.
Prior to law school, Angelo studied history and philosophy at UCLA completing a dual-major, as well as a graduate-level program in Byzantine history. In his free time, Angelo enjoys running and stand-up comedy.
