Naji Khatib specializes in both litigation and transaction matters.
In litigation, Naji has successfully represented clients in a wide range of matters including trademark litigation, copyright infringement, anti-counterfeiting, trade dress, and business disputes. Naji’s diverse experience has honed his ability to find the underlying issues in any dispute, allowing him to concentrate on efficient, creative problem-solving.
Naji also enjoys working with startups and others forming businesses. His litigation experience allows him to help clients navigate and avoid the potential pitfalls of creating a new business venture. Naji is passionately dedicated to his clients’ success and he uses a collaborative, hands-on approach to ensure the successful formation, growth and protection of their ventures.
Prior to joining Nexio, Naji gained extensive experience both in and outside the courtroom covering various immigration matters. This previous experience involved drafting and arguing motions at the trial and appellate level, as well as representing clients from government interviews through trial hearings.
In his free time, Naji enjoys hiking, piano, woodwork and comedy improvisation.
